미국 연방정부로부터 할당된 예산은 300,000달러로 5월 31일까지 프로젝트를 완료해야 하며 계약서에 따라 사업을 완성하면 6 월 30 일까지 완불하여 드립니다.
관심있는 건축업체의 응모를 바라며 자격이나 조건은 아래와 같습니다:

1. 워싱턴주 정부에 현재 유효한 사업체로 등록되어 있어야 함
2. 사업 보험을 보유하고 있어야 함
3. 최소 5 년 이상의 동사업체를 운영하고 있어야 함
4. 현재 건축 관계로 연류된 소송 문제가 없어야 함
5. 리모델링 프로포잘(Proposal)은 1 월 30 일까지 제출하여야 함
6. 선정업체는 2023 년 1 월 31 일에 통고함

Subject: Accepting Applications to be a Contractor for Remodeling Seattle-Washington State Korean Association (SWSKA) Building

1. Purpose: Seattle- Washington State Korean Association is seeking a construction company to remodel our office building located at 14001 57th Ave. S Seattle, WA 98168.
2. Project Scope: Rehabilitate the facility to provide and promote more business educational opportunities and entrepreneurship
3. Funding: SWSKA has budgeted an amount not to exceed $300,000 for this project. The funding is provided by US Federal Government.
4. Period of Constract Performance: SWSKA intends to ward one contractor for the Service described in this Competitive Solicitation. The period of performance under
the Contract shall be February 1, 2023 to May 31, 2023.
5. Minimum Qualifications and Conditions for Applicants:
a. Must have an active business license with a UBI number issued by Washington
State
b. Must be bonded and insured with commercial general liability insurance
c. Must have at least 5 years of experience in construction business and operated
under the same company name
d. No current lawsuits and not suspended via sam.gov
e. Proposal should be submitted by Jan. 30. 2023 or it will be disqualified
6. Notification: Selected Company will be notified on Jan. 31 2023
