아시아나항공 시애틀지점이 공항과 화물관련 일을 할 직원을 뽑는다. 대상은 영어와 한국어가 가능하고 컴퓨터 활용 능력이 뛰어난 고졸 이상 학력자(2년제 대학 이상자 우대)이다. 물론 미국에서 합법적으로 일을 할 수 있는 신분이어야 하며 직원간 팀플레이나 소통 등에 문제가 없어야 한다.

아시아나항공 직원으로 선발되면 가족까지 포함해 건강보험이 제공되고, 가족에게도 무료 항공권이 제공된다. 401K도 매칭을 해준다.
