The Food Server is responsible for greeting guests as they are seated, providing beverages and suggesting menu items, and taking food orders while providing superior guest service.
Additional duties include accepting money and making changes, operating the POS system, and keeping the server station stocked and clean at all times. Performs additional job duties as assigned by the store manager.  

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum one year of relevant work experience in an upscale and fast-paced environment. 
• Must be able to follow specific instructions with the ability to provide exemplary customer service skills. 
• Must have good grooming habits and manners.
• Must have a valid Washington State food handler’s card.
• Full COVID-19 vaccination is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand for longer than 8 hours.
• The ability to lift to 40 pounds.
• Must be able to tolerate a smoke-filled environment.

Additional Requirements:

• Must be able to pass a criminal background & illegal drug screen check
• Must be able to work all scheduled shifts to include day, swing, graveyard, and holidays

The starting wage is $15 - $20 + Tip for completing the 90-days orientation period.
